The document attached below is available for public review and comment: the San Mateo Urban County HOME Consortium “Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report “(CAPER) for the 2023-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) fiscal year.
The CAPER is a year-end programmatic and financial report summarizing all HUD formula grant funded programs, including CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. A copy of the draft CAPER will be available for the public to review between September 10, 2024 and September 25, 2024 at the San Mateo County Department of Housing, 264 Harbor Blvd., Building A, Belmont, CA 94002, and digital copies can be requested by emailing dwfrederick@smchousing.org or by going to www.smcgov.org/housing/doh-public-notices.
Written comments regarding the Urban County’s CAPER should be received by September 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. and can be submitted either by email to: dwfrederick@smchousing.org or to the San Mateo County Department of Housing, 264 Harbor Blvd., Building A, Belmont, CA 94002.
